How to travel and not get hungry

Greetings all!!

My husband and I have been doing a lot of traveling lately since we have been teaching kettlebell courses for StrongFirst. We also travel when we teach Life Protection and Shurite Kempo seminars. Besides packing our clothes and necessities, I always pack one important thing that keeps us sustained…..fruit and nuts.

Almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, brazil nuts, dried cranberries, blueberries, cherries and strawberries and mix them in an easily accessible container. When we get hungry or just want to munch on something we pull the container out and enjoy! It provides calories, protein, fiber and good fats with lower sugar and you can make it low sodium if you like by purchasing salt free nuts! Make sure you take your water so you have something to wash it down with!

Feed your body, not your desire. Eventually, they will be the same!
